Agreement
By accessing clearpointlogic.com or engaging ClearPoint Logic LLC (“ClearPoint Logic,” “we,” “us”) for services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's okay — but please don't use the site or our services.
What we do
ClearPoint Logic provides AI consulting, automation implementation, and related technology services for businesses. Our core offering, AI LaunchPoint™, is a guided service that translates business problems into working automation solutions.
The AI Opportunity Scan
Our free AI Opportunity Scan is an assessment based on the information you provide. Recommendations are our professional opinion and are not guaranteed outcomes. Every business is different, and actual results depend on factors including your existing systems, team availability, and the complexity of your workflows.
Engagement terms
Paid engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) that both parties sign before work begins. The SOW will detail the specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for your project. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or contract for paid services.
Intellectual property
Your stuff stays yours. Any data, documents, or business information you share with us remains your property. We use it only to deliver the services you engaged us for.
What we build for you is yours. Automations, workflows, and configurations we create during an engagement are delivered to you and become your property upon final payment, unless the SOW specifies otherwise.
Our stuff stays ours. The ClearPoint Logic name, AI LaunchPoint™ brand, website content, methodologies, and proprietary tools remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.
Limitation of liability
We take our work seriously and stand behind the quality of what we deliver. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearPoint Logic's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid for the specific engagement in question.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption, arising from the use of our services or this website.
No guarantees on results
While we have deep experience and a strong track record, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (revenue increases, cost savings, time savings) from any automation we implement. We will always be transparent about what we believe is achievable and will tell you upfront if we think a project isn't a good fit.
Website use
You may use this website for its intended purpose — learning about our services and contacting us. Please don't use automated tools to scrape content, attempt to access systems you're not authorized to use, or do anything that would interfere with the site's operation.
Changes to these terms

Governing law
